Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand our return, replacement, refund, and cancellation procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

a. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • You receive an incorrect item, size, or product different from what you ordered.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide clear photos and, where possible, an unboxing video as proof of the issue.

b. Size Exchange

If the clothing item does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

  • Availability of the requested size.

  • The product being unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging remaining intact.

c. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories.

  • Innerwear, socks, face masks, or other hygiene-sensitive products (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products.

  • Clearance, final sale, or products specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • Original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, invoices, and complimentary items received with the order should be included.

  • The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of use.

Returns that fail our quality inspection may be declined.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team through our website or email.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order Number

    • Customer Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

If approved:

  • We may arrange a pickup where the service is available, or

  • Request that you ship the product to our designated return address.

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, we will process the refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated Refund Timeline

  • Online Payments: 3–7 Business Days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Depending on your bank’s processing time

  • UPI / Net Banking: Usually within 3–5 Business Days

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong size received.

  • Damaged or defective product.

  • Incorrect product delivered.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A full refund (if eligible), or

  • Another available product, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product,

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect product delivered by us,

we will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection (where pickup is unavailable), or any reason not caused by our error, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
